Adam Lefkoe, TNT and Bleacher Report host, says the “be yourself” advice is tough when you’re young. In your 20s, Adam says you’re still figuring out who you are, and that’s OK! But, you should make time to be with yourself and figure that all out: journal, write, meditate; find a way to be by yourself.
